We want you to be happy with your order — but as all of our products are custom made, our returns policy is a little different from standard online stores.
🚫 Custom Items
All items on Custom Clothes are made to order and personalised for your business. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Errors in spelling, design, or choices made when ordering
Please double-check all details before placing your order.
✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it. We will offer a replacement or refund if:
Your item is faulty
Your order has been produced incorrectly
⏱ Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery .To report a problem, please email: hello@customclothes.co.uk. Include: Your order number, A description of the issue and Clear photos showing the problem

Once we’ve reviewed your claim: We may offer a replacement item, Or a refund where appropriate.
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.
📏 Sizing
All garments include size guides on the product pages. As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing — so please check carefully before ordering.
