Our products and services are primarily intended for business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes.
3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A contract is formed when:Payment has been received in full; and We have confirmed acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. PRODUCTS & PRODUCTION
All products are: Made to order, Produced on demand, Customised to your specifications. Production will begin automatically after your order is placed. Mock-ups and previews displayed on the website are for guidance only.
5. PRODUCTION TIMES
Our standard production time is 5–10 working days from order confirmation. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume and operational factors.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We may offer credit terms or invoicing for larger customers, subject to approval and credit checks. We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery is UK only. Orders are dispatched on a 24-hour service once production is complete. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our products: We do NOT accept returns for: Incorrect sizing, Change of mind, Customer input errors (including spelling, design, or selections). We WILL replace or refund items where: The item is faulty; or the item has been incorrectly produced by us. Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence before resolving any claim.
9. ARTWORK & LOGO RESPONSIBILITY
By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm that: You own the rights to use the design; or You have permission from the rights holder. You agree that: We are not responsible for verifying ownership of any artwork. You indemnify us against any claims relating to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content we consider inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.
10. PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Due to the nature of garment decoration: Minor variations in colour, positioning, and size may occur. These are not considered faults
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Our liability is limited to the total value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
12. STORE ACCOUNTS & HOSTED STORES
Where we provide custom online stores: We reserve the right to suspend or delete stores that remain inactive for 30 days. We do not guarantee any level of sales or performance. We may modify or withdraw access to the platform at any time.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, systems, and designs remain the property of Custom Clothes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the website without our permission.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: Supply chain disruptions, Industrial action, Natural events, System failures.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
